Bonita Springs / Rental decisions

Festival facilities need a plan for the busy moments

Overall attendance is only part of the brief when people gather around a programme, several activity areas or repeated sessions.

Map where and when demand gathers

Describe the programme and identify breaks or transitions when many people may use facilities together. Explain the distance between stages, food areas and other destinations rather than presenting the site as one undifferentiated space.

Include staff and vendors in the discussion if their needs are separate from the public arrangement. Establish who is allowed to use permanent facilities at the venue.

Fit the restroom plan into the event layout

Coordinate positions with the organiser’s circulation, accessible approach and crowd-management plan. Ask the appropriate venue or authority to review temporary equipment locations where required.

Include washing and any upgraded or trailer facilities as separate requirements. The placement needs to account for doors, waiting space and the operating needs of the actual equipment proposed.

Discuss service between sessions

Multi-day use can require a different maintenance conversation from a brief event. Explain quiet windows, vehicle restrictions and who can provide access when the public programme is not running.

Bonita Springs organisers should confirm the accepted equipment and service scope before finalising their facilities plan. Update the provider if programme timing or the event footprint changes.
