Identify where washing is needed
Describe whether washing supports restroom use, a crew area or guests at an outdoor occasion. Explain the busiest periods and how users move between the activity and the wash point.
Do not treat hand sanitiser as confirmation that a wash station is included. Ask what the proposed equipment supplies and whether a separate washing requirement needs to be addressed.
Ask about the operating details
Discuss water supply, collection capacity and the soap or towel arrangements for the selected model. Identify which responsibilities belong to the provider and which, if any, belong to the organiser during use.
A station should remain accessible without obstructing a doorway or main walking route. Review the surface and the space people need to stand and move around it.
Plan for replenishment and the end of use
For longer periods or repeated busy sessions, ask how replenishment and servicing are handled. The arrangement should reflect the actual use pattern instead of assuming one initial preparation lasts indefinitely.
Include delivery and collection access in the Bonita Springs request. If the wash point forms part of a larger restroom setup, coordinate its position with those units while keeping each item’s scope clear.
