Bonita Springs / Rental decisions

A position that works beyond delivery day

Walk through the proposed restroom position as a user, a receiving contact and a service provider before it is agreed.

Mark the position, not just the address

A street address gets the conversation started, but a specific entrance and placement point make it actionable. Identify surface type, overhead restrictions, turning space and any gates that could affect the equipment. Let the provider determine whether the approach is suitable.

Keep exits, circulation routes and other property operations in view. The nearest empty space is not necessarily the best position once people arrive or work begins around it.

Obtain permission from the right person

For a private property, establish who can approve the location. For a public gathering in Bonita Springs, consult the city’s special-event resources and the venue operator. Equipment rental does not grant use of the land.

Check whether the authorised layout includes temporary toilets, washing, approach space and supporting utilities. If the venue changes the footprint, communicate that before the delivery is arranged.

Keep the arrangement workable throughout

Consider what will occupy the area later: parked vehicles, materials, catering equipment or barriers. Plan a usable route for service visits rather than relying on the clear space visible before setup begins.

Record the collection contact and the latest acceptable removal window. Ask for a reassessment if the ground or access changes. Do not relocate units yourself without coordinating the move and its servicing implications.

Your location. Your next step.

A clear plan begins with a conversation.

A property address and a few rental details give us a useful starting point.
