Brief the rental around the workforce
Describe the trades using the site, shift patterns and how many people may overlap. Explain whether any permanent facilities are available to those workers during the project. A building’s existence alone does not establish usable restroom access.
Include the likely duration and whether the work is continuous or divided into phases. If the starting date is not final, label it as provisional so it is not confused with a confirmed receiving instruction.
Separate the cabin position from material storage
Agree a location that can remain available while deliveries and work zones evolve. Consider the user approach, servicing route and the person responsible for keeping both clear.
Report restrictions such as gated access or receiving hours. Ask the provider to assess the actual entrance and surface rather than assuming a spot is suitable because smaller vehicles already use it.
Review the setup as the job develops
A change in crew size or working area can justify revisiting the original arrangement. Contact us about service frequency, additional facilities or an authorised relocation before workers begin relying on an improvised solution.
At handover, check whether finishing teams still need the equipment. Confirm collection with the responsible contact and retain access until the visit has been arranged.
