Clarify the contractor arrangement
Identify which workers need temporary facilities and whether the property’s permanent toilets are available to them. If occupants remain on site, explain how contractor and resident circulation will be separated.
Give the expected work period and likely busiest phase. Include handwashing and any specific access requirements so they can be discussed alongside the standard cabin request.
Define where equipment can remain
Ask the owner or responsible manager to identify an acceptable position. Explain the entrance, surface and any restrictions on vehicle movement before the provider assesses delivery and service access.
Consider how material drops, parked work vehicles and waste equipment may change that access. A clear driveway at the start of the job may not remain clear without someone managing it.
Arrange the final handover
Tell us who can request an extension if work runs on and who will provide entry for collection. Keep those responsibilities distinct from the person who originally obtained the quote.
A Cape Coral address is reviewed with the equipment and service request. Ask for the accepted scope to identify the actual period and removal arrangement rather than relying on a general project completion estimate.
